5-axis CNC machining for parts that have to be right first time.

Amilla CNC is a new contract machining shop being set up in southern Poland. It is run by a manufacturing engineer with 14 years in motorsport and aerospace work in the UK – programming, fixturing and machining complex parts from model to finished component.

Machining

Simultaneous 5-axis milling. Complex geometry in fewer set-ups, with the accuracy that comes from not moving the part.

Materials

Aluminium alloys, titanium and steels.

Work

Prototypes and low-volume batches. Process planning, fixture design and CAM done in-house.
